Would you work at a place. Where your not respected.

I have to pay bills so I would never leave a job without something else to go to.

Depends on to what extent and what is the deal. I wouldn't work somewhere where I would be facing open disrespect on a daily basis.

I'd also like to add that certain kinds of respect don't come for free and you usually need to earn it. So if you didn't earn it yet by good results, it's not wise to expect it for free.

I don't need to be respected, but I won't put up with being disrespected.

Until I had some sort of fallback, yes, I'd keep working at that place. Free living is unfortunately not a thing yet.
