Should my hourly pay rate change every paycheck?

I was told I was being paid $15.50, my first check says $15.50, my second check says $14.56, and the check I got today says $14.70? Does that sound right, it seems suspicious to me

I’d go straight to HR! That’s my money!

Clearly there's been an error on the part of whomever does Payroll in regards to your lower pay rate...therefore you need to speak with your boss/manager/supervisor, as well as get in touch with HR/Payroll on Monday morning.
I'm surprised you didn't do so immediately when you noticed on your paycheck that you were being paid a lower hourly rate than you were paid during the first week on your new job.
Strike!
