Give then two weeks notice, thank them for being your employer, leave on positive terms. Ask them for a letter of recommendation.

Tell them you are moving on to something that better suits you right now, that's all you can do. Thank them for having been employed by them.

But avoid working for google :) , they just might take your soul in the long run :)

I agree with that. But, I'd probably say something like, "Thank you for the opportunity to work here, I appreciate the learning experience. I think that this position consists of much potential. At the present time, I do not feel that I am a good fit for the position. This may change in the future. Thank you for your time, understanding, and help."

I think that statement allows room to explore, allows room to learn, and doesn't burn bridges. I also think it sucks in a way that says one might not feel they are 'fit' for the job. But hey, if they are not, then they are not... at the time.
