Give then two weeks notice, thank them for being your employer, leave on positive terms. Ask them for a letter of recommendation.
Tell them you are moving on to something that better suits you right now, that's all you can do. Thank them for having been employed by them.
But avoid working for google :) , they just might take your soul in the long run :)
Good luck ......

@therighttothink50 LoL
I agree with that. But, I'd probably say something like, "Thank you for the opportunity to work here, I appreciate the learning experience. I think that this position consists of much potential. At the present time, I do not feel that I am a good fit for the position. This may change in the future. Thank you for your time, understanding, and help."
I think that statement allows room to explore, allows room to learn, and doesn't burn bridges. I also think it sucks in a way that says one might not feel they are 'fit' for the job. But hey, if they are not, then they are not... at the time.

A few. The first job I had at age 15 I quit due to sexual harassment from the manager. I didn't say anything to him but my parents did. A friend of mine worked there, too. He did the same to her but she wouldn't come forward about it.
Another job I quit because of the same crap. I didn't say anything to the manager who did such to me. And all he cared about was making sure I returned the company shirt or the cost would be docked from my last paycheck.
I walked out on the job at Wal Mart due to the same crap and one of the male employees who contributed to it put my safety at risk. I brought the matters up to the assistant manager and asked to be transferred to another department. He refused to do that and told me I would have to reapply altogether. I didn't quit the job, just walked out that day. They then sent me a letter stating I was terminated. That was news to me!

It's the faster way to sometimes climb the ladder of titles and paygrades.
I resigned and maintained good terms.
