No. It would not be satisfying for me. I went to school and I had my son and I worked. It was crazy at times, but I knew that remaining at home with a baby wasn't sufficient. Each woman needs to have skills to support herself in this world. Situations change. Life changes. And partners change too. 1950s had its time. The world is far different now.
