To regularly cancel sitters hours unpaid? Casual arrangement but do need her there twice a week to help out.

If the sitter is an adult and is counting on those wages for a purchase, such as a used car, then cancelling "regularly" is very wrong.

@4meAndyou She is an adult. We do really value her, its just unavoidable at times.
