How often should you change jobs?

Currently working for the same company for 11 years but have worked for 2 different departments. Should I be looking to change again

@MushroomFaerie slightly concerned about risk of a big jump as have a 3 month old at home

@Kerrmit84 yeah I would be too but theres always going to be something that stops you and you could end up just sitting.
You've had child 3 months ago, that's a pretty big 'risk' but I'm sure it was worth it, we have to keep growing
