How often should you change jobs?

Currently working for the same company for 11 years but have worked for 2 different departments. Should I be looking to change again

Depends on your job, current employer, what opportunities are available. Time alone isn’t that big a factor

@AnneHoney only opportunities I'm looking at are where people have retired from areas I'm interested in

@AnneHoney will be same employer just different area of company. Would hopefully lead to more responsibility and more pay at some point
