How often should you change jobs?
Currently working for the same company for 11 years but have worked for 2 different departments. Should I be looking to change again

Depends on your particular situation. Do you like your job, your company, your boss, your co-workers? Is your salary adequate? Is there room for advancement? Do you have a good work-life balance?

@LyricalOne salary adequate, work life balance is fine most of the time but stuck below 2 long time project leads so all work goes to them then they delegate bits out
