What do you do when you spot your boss at work after phoning in sick?

I am an Aged Carer at the old folks home. EN at the highcare ward of the Hospital. Cleaner at Step down and I also work on the MAP bus. If I didn't call in sick every once in awhile I'd end of doing 3 shifts in one day instead of 2.
