Why is it so hard to find the perfect fitting job????

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and 5+ years of experience in the field yet am struggling to find something fitting. Sometimes it’s too low of pay or there just aren’t a lot of options 😡

@Chickie it can be yeah, but with experience and looking you can find decent wages. I also live in a bigger city so that helps
