A coworker doesn't like me. She points out all my faults. And the mistakes I do make she blows them out of portion. Gossips about me. What can I Do?

I know those things are maddening but taking them to a supervisor, etc. will make you seem like a whiner. If it were me in that situation, I would ask her what her problem with me was.That is an easy thing for ME to do but not for everyone.
