Well, I don't work for a recruiter company but I can speak out of experience (and also having worked with recruiters): Your CV must stand out from the masses. It must be modern, fresh, inspiring, fun, creative, eye-catching, concise yet with enough information on it. It has to be almost like an infogram. This technique worked for me.

Perhaps include a separate list of your skills on a different page, or put them in gauges that tell the message in the blink of an eye. The average recruiter spends less than 60 seconds glancing at your resume.
