I can't find work because..?

I can't find work because I dropping out in Grade 12 and been home for about 4 years now, which means that I am 21 years old.
How do I go about finding work, I hear work agencies help and recruitment programs. I am considering to Finnish school but I want to look if you get a job with no experience?

You should finish school, to be honest. Where I work we bring in new people through a temp agency. That may be the best way to go because no experience is required.
