I can't find work because..?

I can't find work because I dropping out in Grade 12 and been home for about 4 years now, which means that I am 21 years old.
How do I go about finding work, I hear work agencies help and recruitment programs. I am considering to Finnish school but I want to look if you get a job with no experience?

Volunteer places are often a good way to start.
Get yourself known helping out.
You'd be surprised the opportunities that pop up through people you'll meet.

Fast Food....washing dishes in restaurants, janitorial jobs. Something while you finish your education. Finishing your education is top priority because without it you will struggle.

Try a temp agency for industrial work.

You should finish school, to be honest. Where I work we bring in new people through a temp agency. That may be the best way to go because no experience is required.

Also you can do customer service work or telemarketing. Telemarketing is hard
