What is the best way to put in a 2wk notice at a job you have only been at for 2mo

I have only been at my job for 2 months, but it just is not working out. I have an interview for another job, I am hoping for an offer. But I want to get an idea about a 2wk notice so if I do get the job I can get the notice right in. Any advice would be great
