What makes you most nervous about a job interview?

I'm got some coming soon and I always dread choosing my outfit. I typically dress very casual and "dressing up" makes me terribly uncomfortable

Mainly my anxiety and shaking hands with someone. Ive got a real firm grip so if it's a lady I dont wanna be hurting her
