Does the corporate world make you feel powerless and weak?

Are these feeling normal?

I just had a nightmare about a time I made a mistake at my old job and the guest got really angry at me.I really really dislike when people get angry at me...I guess it reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents would get angry at me.

Everybody seems to want to join a business or corporation. Be a boss or be controlled by one. I don't quite want to and will put it off as long as I can. Alan watts did a nice speach about it.
