Did you get the job?
Gbaby2021 · 26-30, F
@Lolco yes. It's been ok giving it more time to see how it is

@Gbaby2021 you’re at the perfect age to really find your passion & do it better than everyone else & make it big!! :)
Gbaby2021 · 26-30, F
@Lolco thank you 😊

If the place gets busy, you can make good money. Find out what tip out is and be good to the servers and you should be set.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
Not exactly, but I was a bike delivery girl for a submarine sandwich shop once.
Gbaby2021 · 26-30, F
@BlueMetalChick sounds fun did you like it?
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Gbaby2021 Yeah! I love riding my bike, and because of that job I know every shortcut, alleyway, side street. bridge, underpass, and ramp in downtown Chicago.

Nope.. but good luck with the call ... Remember, Google is your friend ;)

I feel like I need to ask what you're supposed to do in said job.
Fangirlsarah1996 · 26-30, F
@BlueMetalChick Ohhh.

I thought that was just "the waiter" all this time...
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Fangirlsarah1996 Waiters can do the same stuff as busboys do, but generally the difference is that a busboy will never be taking orders. Waiters generally have a lower salary but make tips, while busboys make more money by the hour but don't make tips.
Fangirlsarah1996 · 26-30, F
@BlueMetalChick I guess things work slightly differently over here, every place I go to the waiter usually "looks after us" if you know what I mean.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
Good luck to you. 🙂

dealing with the above stated issue (runner/busser/hospitality) the positive excitement can become intoxicating … unless one has a negative agenda … then it can become grueling and incapacitating.
