How do you deal with a lazy coworker?

bowman81 · M
I don't....I worry about doing my job and let management lose sleep over the sloth.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Fire him/her. I'm the boss.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Don't fall for their crap or letting them take credit for work you've done.
Moonpenny · F
Do my fair share, help people who help me and never pick up lazy people's slack, ever.

Nothing fixes lazy
@Smokey "Arbeit macht frei" 😆.................................🤔......😓
Slackers make it hard on other employees in most work situations, usually, they get rid of themselves soon enough, but I noticed in some union jobs, they earn the title "worms". Union members who take unethical advantage of the difficulty involved in firing them. Some even take pride in it.

do his work too, and in no time you'll be the group leader so you can fire him.
