What would you choose?

A job you love working or switching departments because feel alone and unsupported and uncomfortable by your supervisor/team?

Mind you I work from home and I work with one other person but which I still have to come in contact with them on a daily basis, she makes me feel uneasy even behind the screen. She feels unpredictable to me however I like the work I do.

If you like your job, keep it. As long as you do your job and you do it well, I don’t see a reason why you want to switch department. Just don’t get dirt on yourself, then you have nothing to worry about since you’re playing by the books.

@SW-User yes I guess her personality just makes me anxious is all of the unpredictable

@JaneCas try to block out all her bullshit, please. You love your job and you’re doing nothing wrong. You aren’t the problem. The problem is that woman, so keep doing your thing despite her. If it becomes completely unbearable one day, then the worst that might happen is you switching department or simply quit.

@SW-User thank you for this and it’s hard when it triggers me but yes I will hang in there despite being uncomfortable, I guess it helps since I work from home to

@JaneCas Maybe relaxation techniques when you feel triggered? Like controlled, deep breathing or something of that nature. Again, as long as you do what you’re there to do, I think you’re fine. Just make sure to do enough to cover yourself to not get in trouble. If you need help from your supervisor or team, ask because that’s what you’re supposed to do? Communicate when you need. You’re there to get paid, not to get harassed by an old hag, so get that money.
