Today I went hyper thermo ballistic on my supervisors at work

We are evaluated bases on metrics, one of them is how long it takes us to dispatch every customer, they took, literally, 49 minutes to give me an answer on a question that I had, all that time and a little more i had the customer waiting on me, for them to finally tell me that no we cannot help em out with that.

I was so upset about that because they really DO NOT CARE, the only person that gets affected is the customer and the representative so me, this affects my bonus which messes up my finances.

I went ahead and told them, listen, I will no longer take any responsibility for the metrics that are directly affected by the lack of support I get here, to me they do not reflect how capable I am as a person but how unqualified and incapable you all are as teal leads. You are every second of they on top of us to meet company goals yet I don't hear anyone yelling YOU, why you don't respond on time, why are you not paying attention to your people?

They are friends with the higher ups and they literally get not even a slap on the hand for anything, this is just a small part.

The only answer I was given was "well we try our best and, please be patient, we don't always have an answer for everything". Which I would normally understand as I understand they're just another pawn in the board but man, then I responded to them "okay then the same way you ask for understanding and for us to ease up on you, then you should not be asking for us to meet unattainable goals!

If you want for me to tell what you just told me to the customers I will "oh sorry Ms or Mrs customer, our supervisors are not very capable and the system that we work with is glitchy and limited, it never gets fixed, they say they are doing their best though and please be patient after waiting for 49 minutes for an answer"

They were like you cannot tell them that, i told them well that is the truth based on what you just told me.

If you don't care about us, at least I think you would care about your business, no wonder so many people who work here quit and so many customers call in to stop business with us.

And guesssss what happened? Today we got the best treatment ever, support was there fast and with the right attitude at all times.




Man I felt sooooo good, like a military leader or something, haha, 'twas like I'm the movies, you should have seen that, hahahahah
