I Am Working From Home

It's annoying.
I feel like I am on call.
I technically would not even be at work at this hour but the manager has already called me.

I get text messages and emails from her after 5pm, and even on the weekend sometimes.
It's like it's never ending.

I usually put my phone/email on "do not disturb" when I get off, but now I don't since I don't want to miss critical info due to this virus, scheduling, changes etc. It's just really annoying.

I was laying in bed, trying to start my day off positive, reading positive quotes. Then I watched some fun social experiments on YouTube. I was smiling alot and my morning was going well. Then my managers name popped up on my phone's screen saying

"Give me a call please"

@iamnikki Can you just shut your computer and phone off? Well, i guess the phone wouldn't be wise as one has to have communication. Maybe just tell her that you will deal with it in the morning, then don't reply any more.

@Quimliqer yea, she was calling because my schedule would be changing next week due to the virus but I just wish it could have waited.

If I say " I'll deal with it in the morning" she'll probably get mad due to the nature of my work.
