I work from home before and after work even during my sleep if I got an email I jump to reply right away.

If it's office hours and I'm wfh then I'll treat an email as normal.
If it's a holiday etc I may read the email but I categorically will not reply. Nothing is going to be so urgent on a Saturday that it can't wait until Monday. And if it is, people who need to know, have my phone number. It's never rung for that reason ...
