It depends on what you're looking for. In my case, I look for software/hardware engineers and data scientists. They must have the proper educational background, and if they're not applying for an internship, the right experience as well.

I work with recruiters, and companies like Indeed and LinkedIn.

You should consider placing ads in the right employment market places.
