Where would you secretly place a letter you have written to an old building you are leaving ?

I am housekeeper in an old house and have written the building a little note dated with Roman Numerals which I do not want to be found by anyone.

🤔.............I did some remodeling in my house a few years back. I left a bottle of Jack Daniels in the wall that I rebuilt. So in the future if someone opens that wall again they will find it..........If they don't break the bottle doing the demo.............
