I’m quitting coffee today is the second day

I know this is going to sound crazy but I have so much energy I’ve been able to get stuff done without crashing and feeling tired

I’m starting to think that coffee does wake you up but then you crash and then you feel worse and even more tired than you did before

I have decided to supplement with matcha teas 🍵 they’re basically a super food. So what would it hurt? you have to add a little honey or it tastes like dirt

Im going to have to stop eating fried foods so much, spicy food (which is going to be tough because I eat a lot of Spanish and Asian food), dairy, caffeine and cut back on sugar

I’m having gerd like issues on top of the other stuff. I just got my blood work results back I’m waiting for the doctor to call me so we can go over them

I am not a coffee drinker but i can say.... congrats to you if thtas what you wnt to do AND.... teas are good

Also... if you are quitting those other things mentioned...please do them one at a time so that you are NOT overwhelmed and possibly have a better chance of success....

Mind over matter... my personal meaning and helps me in situations.... if YOU dont mind(meaning the withdrawals..crashes...anger..etc..or whatever) Then it dont matter(meaning what others think cuz you are reaching your goals)....

All wihtin reason of course lol
