I’m quitting coffee today is the second day

I know this is going to sound crazy but I have so much energy I’ve been able to get stuff done without crashing and feeling tired

I’m starting to think that coffee does wake you up but then you crash and then you feel worse and even more tired than you did before

I have decided to supplement with matcha teas 🍵 they’re basically a super food. So what would it hurt? you have to add a little honey or it tastes like dirt

Im going to have to stop eating fried foods so much, spicy food (which is going to be tough because I eat a lot of Spanish and Asian food), dairy, caffeine and cut back on sugar

I’m having gerd like issues on top of the other stuff. I just got my blood work results back I’m waiting for the doctor to call me so we can go over them

Caffeine depletes your adrenal glands which is why once the coffee rush ends you feel more tired. Kudos to you on your quest. Sometimes caffeine is not as easy to quit. Take Jack here for example…

I get migraines when I don’t drink coffee. It’s quite literally a drug. There was even a time when I was getting sick when I couldn’t drink it 🤦‍♀️

@stratosranger i’ve been trying to wean off of it for sometime. I’ve been doing it successfully I just know that when it’s getting like that that it’s definitely a problem. I’ve been drinking it since I was a small child my grandmother thought that it cured ADHD LOLLLL
