More On Job Transitions
I recently spoke about stepping down from my administrative tasks at the company I'm a personal trainer for. I was burnt out from MASSIVE overload and honestly, I think I'm starting to emotionally check out. I no longer wish to eat, breathe and sleep someone else's dream if I'm able to break out on my own eventually.
So I was taken aback when my boss called me up asking to speak with me next week on Zoom. He's heard that I'd propose some kind of contribution to the team so he now wants to know where my head is.
Later on I saw I was given some kind of Airtable task. Why? I haven't a clue. He certainly didn't ask me to do anything. I'm left wondering if he's trying to pin me down. But there's one problem. I didn't get paid ENOUGH for all the work I have done for him.
