My one manager is sexually harassing the younger women I work with.

I want to kick him in the balls. I could call HR. But no matter what I do, I know I'll suffer for it. I tried speaking up for one of my coworkers today and he ran me like a dog my whole shift.

I can quit, and there will be someone just like him at the next job.

Teaching young women to allow what feels wrong, not trust their instincts and let jerks intimidate them.

And there's no way to stop them.

Get ahold of the dirty tricks department. Always several good ways to get back at people like that without dealing with HR or the usual chain of command crap. Start posting adds on craigslist for him. Easy blow and go available just meet me at wherever you work address is. Ask for whatever his name is. Or better yet add his phone number if you know it. Add him to the E.D. mailing lists with the stores address. Do you know what car he drives? Since your coastal leave some bread or something on top of it. The gulls will have a great time!

@calicuz I've been down that road, they'll protect him and I'll end up being retaliated against. HR is a joke.

Best I ever did was recording someone. My boss was horrified I'd sue so they fired him and I got a week off paid.

Support to collect evidence and document, once you’ve got undeniable proof go to HR. I feel like HR as usually avoidant till their forced to act. I used to have a manager like this. I spent years collecting enough evidence on him.
