Do you believe in owning stock in a company that you work for, so that you have a vested interest in the success of the company ??

Only if it is a well-managed company. One company put much of our "pension" money in an employee stock ownership plan, and I lost almost everything.

You have to ask yourself, why would you work for a company that you wouldn't invest money in?

If you think the investment would be too risky, then what are you doing working there?
