How do I even answer these interview questions to get me the job?

Interview questions seem so stupid and kind of pointless because anyone can lie. I dont know how to answer what is your bias i told them i dont even know or what makes you think you are better then anyone else applying or what was your salary at your last job. I do not like job interviews i have been doing so many lately its like one a week. Sone of them seem especially bad because they are asking how would your friends describe you. Or how are you at parties .

hmm. i dont really have any biases. i am open minded and look for the good in people or situations. i am also non-judgemental and try to treat people with empathy and compassion.

@GerOttman one of them was a methadone clinic receptionist, im scraping the bottom of the berrel for job i dont want to be a prison gaurd there are jobs no one wants. I got an interview for a day care and a direct support professional to work with senior citizens. Also a place called attain bpa its for parents to get relief as a respite worker. I didnt get a single job offer and I have a bachelors degree.

I am a former food service and retail manager, those are innapropriate questions, they should be relevant to the job. However one interview a week is not many.
