You can ask him to put any issues in an email explaining how he wants you to do things.It could get him off your back real quick.If you are following procedure for doing your job then he does not have a leg to stand on.

Years ago i had a manager who was like that . Until one day i caught her in a compromising position in MY office i came in early and she was on her knees with some guy sitting at my desk. I just walked out. The 2nd incident i was sitting in my car and she was leaving and i saw someone fall from her pocket it was a credit card she'd driven off by the time i picked it up it belonged to one of my clients he was at school next door. So i walked next door to give it to him. He comes out i say David i found your credit card and handed it to him. He says this isnt mine ive never seen this. So i go to the the next bldg over where the owner of the company has her office and i told her what happened with the cc she did an investigation and found out it was fraud that the manager had opened a credit card in my client's name smh
