Printing Company

I remember conducting a research study on a printing company. People were busy in the production area, notwithstanding the hot room temperature and the cramped space filled with huge printing machines. They diligently ensured that the intended output was reflected in the printed materials, such as booklets, pamphlets, tarpaulins, magazines, newspapers, and many more, since even slight errors could be costly if printed on multiple materials. Every detail mattered.

The saddle-stitch section of the production line was probably the most comfortable part of the production process because it was located in an open space, and an electric fan was positioned directly toward the worker, blowing enough air to keep them cool.

It was interesting to see the production line and to understand human factors. But I also like the corporate world. In these environments, as far as my experience goes, it’s hard to survive if you don’t have people skills.....

But yeah… it’s a step-by-step process. Never mind. Just another blabber of the day.

I worked in printing and publishing companies for years. It was everchanging, as technology advanced, but the need for attention to detail never changed.

I like how you write.
I hate that you don't share more details. :-)

Yup... If you were cynical you could view it as modern serfdom, or worse .... Essentials are withheld until a certain number of credits have been earnt...
