I think I should do something nice for my first assistant

Bryanna has stuck around with me as my first assistant since she first got hired on and long before the second co-assistant position became open. She was there for when the first to fill that second assistant job came and went, and now that Sam will be moving to another place in our department, Bryanna remains the one I’ve been able to keep all this time. I’m thinking I should do something nice for her to show my appreciation. A gift or maybe treating her to lunch some time. I might just ask to see if she’s up for it. If not, at the very least, I’ll express my gratitude to her for sticking around through thick and thin. Just hope she still considers me a good supervisor to work for.
