So we’re going to be tested on our server skills. First of all, I was peer pressured into doing this because my manager saw “potential” in me. I say i should be excluded from this test.

My confidence waivers too much, it’s a constant push and pull. One day I’m able to naturally smile and talk to people like I’ve known them all my life, the next English is suddenly hard.
