I just learned that someone else in my department is being let go

One of the guys in shipping/receiving has been no-showing at work lately, so my two bosses were going to have a meeting with him about it today, but he went and no-showed yet again today. No call-in, no text, nothing. I guess he was informed that they were wanting to meet with him about that today too. It's been decided that that was that and he's being terminated. Damn... It hasn't even been a year since we had to fire another employee in our department! This is really weird coming from this guy too, because he's always been good a worker and it seems really out of character of him. No idea what's going on with him, but he leaves my bosses with no other choice.
