I love it when only the kind ones are left.

Our team has daily meetings. But thing is, the old ones while most experienced with their work always bring this kind of tension and strictness.
Like we have to gauge their mood first before we decide if it's a good time to ask. Ironic for a team that is supposed to encourage collaboration actually. If you happen to interact with them on a bad day, they can even make it a point to embarrass you.

The managers don't stop them for who knows what reason. Likely because they're good at what they do and company needs them. But yeah, that's why to be real, I don't have much respect for the heads in this company.

There's a big difference between leaders and bosses. The first kind protects and raises the team as a priority. The second forces and pushes but are not present in lifting up burdens.

I always like to imagine good leaders as being out the front and inspiring you to join them..

@Convivial Key words being good + leaders. :)

Sadly in the real world, leaders are not necessarily synonymous to bosses or people with titles higher than yours who are supposed to lead you.

God has blessed me to know the difference by giving me the real deal in my past company.
