My boss came in here and called out a coworker for her dad having cancer and basically forced her into telling everyone

She started crying and he went on to talk about his grandparents dying of cancer and that his grandma died firat because they were in a race ....then long awkward silence.....then saying he'll pray for her....followed by more awkward silence...then said he was trying to lighten the mood.....then just stood their awkwardly staring at everyone one.....and then said he has no more entertainment and slowly walked out of the room.


I just went over and told her sorry as she's still sobbing at her desk. Wtf.
