We are getting a new manager at work

It'll be the 4th in 3 years since ive been there. Its always a tense time as a manager can make your job smooth or a living hell. You never know which one you'll get.

4 managers in 3 years? Must be a good workplace. This is why I only use co-workers as references instead of managers.
