It was like that in the Army where I retired from, every time we had a change of command, or a person promoted above us, they had to instantly change what works and place their idea of how to doit better on things.
Like you said sometimes okay, rarely good, and usually a disaster coming.

@WillaKissing They always come in and try to "shake things up", like excuse me, there is a reason we do things the way we do them here. Cut to a few months later and they make it seem like the old way of things was their idea. 🙄

@Kuronekko Yes, once they realize their new bright idea was a dull knife that won't slice bread ad revert back to how it is supposed to be run.
