What's the longest you've seen a coworker get away with doing absolutely nothing?

I've worked in the Pacific Northwest with slow and no movement being the only tolerared mode. Before covid the nothing to do crews of ten cleaners failed to do the job I do alone in one fourth the time! It's better now, doing the work alone that ten people used to avoid doing for eight hours - in four hours. Working is okay, shirking hurts!!!
