Groups tend to pick one target at a time, for whatever reason this group has decided you are the one they don't like the most at the moment. They may be giving your colleague more respect for some reason, or they may just be waiting to argue with her later

No idea, but I think your action item is to stop them and say
1) Why are you all attacking me in a gang?
2) We are colleagues, not enemies. Treat me like a colleague.
3) You are making a confrontational workplace.

Perhaps they feel like you can't fight back. You do not have to be right, you just need to make sure the others won't talk back.

@Tellmeaboutyourself welcome 🤗
Mudkip · 31-35, M
They seem like they dont like you
Mudkip · 31-35, M
@Tellmeaboutyourself of course, you can't let anyone just walk all over you. That's what I tell one of my coworkers because he isn't as vocal as I am. There's being nice, but it can get you nowhere. Nothing wrong with being assertive in matters that need attention.
Tellmeaboutyourself · 26-30, F
@Mudkip Being nice has led to people think im being a pushover and exploited me. Same as you get what you tolerate. So there's no point in being nice anymore
Mudkip · 31-35, M
@Tellmeaboutyourself in your case, no. Being nice isn't an option. There's constructive criticism, but belittling you is something else. You shouldn't take it from them.

Maybe you are beautiful.. so they want to take a good look at you all the time by finding some silly reasons.
