Work Problem

Long story, be prepared.
I got let go of my job because the company couldn't pay for rent/wages just everything. It has been over a month now since all the employees got let go of the job. Now usually I don't mind because I'm paying a small rent fee and don't have any other family to look after. Other employees do. Some have found other jobs but none of us have been paid for the hours we worked, annual leave, superannuation anything. Again I don't usually mind but now I think it's becoming beyond stupid that we haven't been paid in over a month. Other employees have made phone calls, emails, everything they can but all they've received is a simple copy and paste to every complaint they made. They're contacted FairWork but that takes time and now I'm annoyed because of everything. How would you deal with this? A lawyer? Complaints? How?

Depends on what state or country you are in. There should be some kind of organization that will provide you with a free lawyer. In some places you can get up to three times what the company owes you.
Class action, quickly filed as a claim in bankruptcy
