I found $200 on the job , doing security .

What would you have done?

Update*** Thanks for your thoughts.. I was able to convince my coworker for us to do the right thing and we turned it into the head of Security at the end of our shift.

You waited too long. Once you found it. Turn it into security right then. Make sure you told them where you found and who found it. So maybe in a months time you get that money. If it's not collected.

@Heavenlywarrior but at least you turned it in. Worked as a security guard for a grocery store. We always made sure to turn money in to the lost and found or anything we found. Right then. So we would not get into trouble. If after a month. No one claimed the cash. The person who found it. Got the money.
