Good thing we're required to wear work uniforms at my workplace even on Halloween

I always found the idea of people dressing up for Halloween at work to be rather cringe.

Two decades ago I interviewed for my first job at this company on Halloween and people in costume kept walking past the open door during my interviewed. Part of how I landed it was not being phased when a giant SpongeBob popped in to ask a question.
