Not looking forward to work tomorrow

I have to go back to work tomorrow. I’m too ashamed after my evaluation on Friday. I actually have to go in and fill it out and state what I’m struggling with and what I’m going to do to fix it. And for the first time I actually have papers of examples of my mistakes I’ve made 😭
