Not looking forward to work tomorrow

I have to go back to work tomorrow. I’m too ashamed after my evaluation on Friday. I actually have to go in and fill it out and state what I’m struggling with and what I’m going to do to fix it. And for the first time I actually have papers of examples of my mistakes I’ve made 😭

@justasmalltowngirl99 oh so you've let them get too backed up? And I mean that's good that they care about you enough to not fire you. Just use this as a learning experience and just listen and don't let it happen again. You can do it you're not stupid they see that in you since they don't just fire you. So take this and do better with it! You got this!!
