When everybody gets the $15 per hour in the US - how long do you think it will take for people to say
"I'm not working all that hard, I'm only getting paid minimum wage"

There are jobs in our area that start at $18 an hour and you are making $20 an hour in 6 months with benefits and a lot are making $25 per hour and its in the midwest whers cost of living isnt outrageous. The reason they are hiring is people dont want to work for it or dont show up on time .

@2ndtimeguy Phil Knight, founder of Nike in Beaverton, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, said the same thing to Michael Moore in one of his earlier documentaries, he was one of the first to outsource in the 90's.
