A wonderful story that I have to share.....

Recently,I was watching an interview with Kevin O Leary,"Mr.Wonderful", successful business and longtime panelist on the Shark Tank T.V show.He was talking about a business he was involved in-I forget the name,but it wasn't one that he got involved in through the show-where he not only invested in but and a direct hand in building the company.Right off the bat,he explained he wasn't going to worry about "diversity"or "inclusion"in hiring -he was colorblind ,and only wanted people who were best qualifed for the job.He didn't care if his workforce were all white,all non white or green and blue;he wanted the best people -period.He strictly instituted the "ability only"policy,and do you know what?He ended up with one of the most racially, ethnically and culturally diverse workforce in existence!It just goes to show,talented and hardworking people exists in all races,and if you establish a meritocracy, diversity will just naturally occur-without any "DEI" nonsense.
